[ILL-L] WCRS SLOW RESPONSE

Reality check!  I hope it's not just us here at La Salle, but since last week we have been dealing with very slow response time from WCRS.  It takes forever to enter numbers when batch updating and when going back and forth between items and screens and functions-and everything.  I know OCLC sent out a notice either last Thursday or Friday about the slow response, but I haven't seen anything so far about a resolution to the problem-which still exists.  Sorry to vent, but this slowness affects our productivity.
