v.2 (1890), v.4, v.9-10, v.16 (1903) 

 

Can't tell what year vol. 4 or 9-10 are, this might be what you need?

I could surely use some help!   I'm trying to locate a spanish language
newspaper called:  El Regidor, published from 1888 to 1916 (San Antonio
area).   

I've searched U.T. Austin and San Antonio Public, but did not locate the
newpapers.
