[ILL-L] direct articles?

[Document Delivery]

Most of our article requests from our patrons come to us from the databases like Ebsco Academic, and the citations are perfect. It seems a shame that they can't be sent directly to other libraries as orders. Does anyone use direct request for articles? Thanks,
