[ILL-L] Articles updated to Loans in Clio

Sometimes we get a photocopy request for an entire chapter.  If the page
count is over 50, we are short handed or really pushed for time, we
sometimes send the book- especially if we are the last on the string.
Thus we update it to "yes Loan".

It seems the lending library is accidentally using the constant data
record for lending a book, so it puts in a due date,
