[ILL-L] ILL Late Fees

If our customers return ILL books late they are charged the same late
fees they would be charged for returning JPL books late.  There's no
grace period.

We don't charge other libraries for returning books late, but we do send
invoices if the books are over a month overdue.

My library is reviewing our ILL late fee policy and I'm trying to
collect information from other ILL Departments on their policies.  What
is your late fee policy? Do you charge for borrowed materials being
returned late? If so, how much? Is there a grace period?
