[ILL-L] ill information

Hi everyone
I have been in my ILL position for a year now. I absolutely love it!

Here is my thought

I want to be more involved with work and things. Is there ILL committees? Conferences? 


The other day there were messages going on about IFM's what is that...I know how to do my duties, but not sure about the background of things.

ANY ANY ANY suggestions, comments, thoughts, would be GREATLY apprectiated.
