[ILL-L] Batch printing of IN PROCESS requests

We batch print our IN PROCESS requests. I choose one per page. When the
printing window comes up, I choose to duplex, or print double-sided, and I
choose to Flip UP, instead of Flip Over. This prints the two requests on
the top on one side and on the bottom on the other side, then just cut in
half. If the requests are long, they may overlap on the Patron line. If
the Patron is important to you, I just jot the patron name elsewhere on the
request and then cut in half. I don't change the print size, just take what
they give me. Some longer fields may be cut-off, like the ship to address,
you'll just see ... at the end. You may have to go back to WRS to get the
complete address. This works for us and saves paper.
