[ILL-L] coordinator of Access Services position description

Frances,

I've attached the form that I had to use when I was asked to re-do my
position description. I don't know how HR massaged this into a formal
position description. I note that I didn't separate out Circulation,
Reserves, ILL, and Stacks in this description but we are a small
university and there are really no separate units in Access Services --
just different duties.

Hope this will help. I know I cribbed as much as I could from other's
position descriptions.

I have just been asked to rewrite my position description as coordinator
of Access Services.  My units include circulation and interlibrary loan,
but I also work in the reference desk rotation.

Would any of you who have similar duties be willing to share your
position descriptions with me?  I am under the gun to get this done
quickly (read "tomorrow").
