[ILL-L] Maxwell Report publication: Cigar Industry in 2007?

That looks like the concept article by Kozlowski et al was published in the
Am. J. Preventative Medicine, but still doesn't give more information on the
Maxwell Report. Unless I'm reading that wrong?
