Is anyone familiar with something called "Cigar Industry in 2007" from The Maxwell Report? We've got a student who found a citation to it in a CDC publication (footnote 2 at http://www.cdc.gov/tobacco/data_statistics/fact_sheets/tobacco_industry/cigars.htm) & we can't find the item anywhere. From the way the footnote is worded (including an "access" date), the fact that it's not hyperlinked, and the fact that we can't find it anywhere, I think it might be included in part of an online subscription somewhere.

Can anyone confirm or deny, or have any knowledge of this publication? I'm completely stumped.
