[ILL-L] Can anyone supply?

Hello,
  We have a faculty member who is writing a book on the history of the publication 'Cosmopolitan.'  He needs a scan of the cover of the inaugural issue (v.1, n.1, March 1886) as part of his research.  We own the issue, but unfortunately lack the needed cover page.  We have requested it several times, but haven't had any luck receiving what is needed.  The cover has a photograph of the Statue of Liberty on it, contains title information, and has a listing of the table of contents.  If anyone can provide this, I'd be very grateful, as would our patron.
