[ILL-L] Bug In "Need Before" Date ???

Hi,
     is anyone else having this issue with the "need before" date in OCLC
Resource Sharing?
When I enter 20090431 (the end of April) as our patron's "need before" date,
the system rejects it, saying that the date must be later than today. This
has only been happening with me since yesterday afternoon; but I've logged
in and out several times since then.
