I can't tell you a fast and easy way to figure that listing out. Its always hit and miss with us also. However, that title is available through Directory of Open Access Journals. There are many titles available there. Here is a link to that title:

I have an "e-serial" title that has over 200 LVIS libraries listed in OCLC. Is there any quick way I can figure out which of these libraries can actually fill a request for an "e-serial" without going through over 200 libraries?  I did check "Share ILL" and didn't find a list of e-serial lenders there.

Title is International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health.

Any good tips for this type of situation are appreciated.
