[ILL-L] can you help me find this article?

Dear craft ILL folks,

One of our patrons has requested an article called "Symphonie en Noir",
by Jacques Goddet, published in "L'Auto" on August 5th, 1936. L'Auto
was a French newspaper devoted to all types of sport, published from
1903 to ~1944. The previous editor was named Henri Desgrange. The
author of this article, Goddet, was the editor at the time, and the
article calls for a major effort to search for and recruit African
athletes to play for France, in 1937.

I've had all kinds of trouble with this one, b/c while the paper was
fairly popular (its circulation eventually reached 850,000), I can't
seem to find it in Worldcat, or in French or other European libraries.
I can't find an ISSN for it, either, as it's not in the periodical
directory I have with me. It was succeeded in 1946 by "L'equipe",
though "L'auto" doesn't seem to be listed with it in any library's
catalog.

"L'auto" may actually be in Worldcat after all, of course...there are
several papers and magazines with this title, but they all seem to be
from Canada, or published in France but much later, etc. If anyone has
any leads, I'd be most grateful for them!

For context, though not directly useful:

ancia_Curiosidades.aspx

Thanks so much,

Josiah
