I have one of those procrastinating students.  She needs a 4 page
chapter copied from the above book by.. TOMORROW.  Of course.  I thought
I'd ask here to see if anyone could fax or email me the pages in
question.

Apparently, this chapter ONLY appears in the 2004 edition, and not later
editions.
