Fee change for PAU

The University of Pennsylvania (PAU) will change its lending fees 
effective November 1, 2008.  This is the first change in lending fees at 
PAU in over 15 years.  The new fee structure for non-profit libraries is:

$15 for loans of returnable materials if payment is made by IFM.

$15 for copies of up to 50 pages if payment is made by IFM.

An additional $5 fee is assessed if invoiced.

This fee change does not apply to special agreements with partnership 
groups (ShaRes, Docline, RAPID, etc.), and existing reciprocal 
agreements remain in effect. Unfortunately, we cannot enter into any new 
reciprocal agreements with libraries.
