What method do you use to ship internationally that includes tracking?
We shipped to Scotland via UPS and I was told it was too expensive to
use (1 lb. = $35.00).  Please answer the brief questions below to help
me determine the methods used.   Thanks!

 

P.S. - We can only use UPS - no DHL, Fed. Ex, etc. - as delivery except
for USPS.
