[ILL-L] RE: BUF policy change

To clarify the original message below:

I just heard from BUF and the statement below about BUF cancelling "all" of their recip. agreements is not true.  While they did cancel a good number of their recip. agreements, they did not cancel ALL of them.  The libraries with the cancelled recip. agreements have already been notified (earlier this summer).
