[ILL-L] BUF policy change

[Document Delivery]

I'm just posting this because BUF (SUNY Buffalo) isn't on ILL-L, they
have changed their policies so they now charge $15 for articles (instead
of $8) and still charge $15 for books. They also cancelled all their
reciprocal agreeements,
