[ILL-L] ILL procedures manual

Hi Cynthia Hoff,

Would you have time to post it on the shared Wiki that was just created,
at http://www.shareill.org/index.php/Procedures_Manuals ?  We use ILLIAD
too, and I'm new to ILL, so this would be helpful.
