[ILL-L] Strange OCLC Resource Sharing Behavior

I just had this happen this morning.  Never seen it do this before.
Worryingly, my request hasn't moved over to any of the "Produced" lists so I
don't know if it's gotten to any of the potential lenders.

Is anyone else experiencing anything like this?

 

I processed some requests from my review file this morning and two of them
still remain in the review file, even though I have the printed requests in
my hand, and they say status is "pending" with today's date.  I've logged
out twice but when I log back in they are in the review file.
