[ILL-L] Expired

[Megan Bayonet]

Requests go to "Expired" when the Need By Date is reached, regardless of how
many lenders have had a chance at the request or how they responded.

In the last two days we've had two requests of ours go to Expired after the
first of the five lenders (the same one each time)  allowed it to age out.
Does anyone know how this can happen? Thanks,
