[ILL-L] Strange OCLC Resource Sharing Behavior

Is anyone else experiencing anything like this?

 

I processed some requests from my review file this morning and two of
them still remain in the review file, even though I have the printed
requests in my hand, and they say status is "pending" with today's date.
I've logged out twice but when I log back in they are in the review
file.
