[ILL-L] Policy Directory still down?

According to the system problem page at OCLC the policies directory is still
down.

Wasn't working for me -but wanted to make sure it wasn't some weird thing
going on due to our network or something (since I've been sitting on a
students dissertation requests since yesterday since without the policy
directory I can't be sure who will lend and whether they charge or not, I
just wanted to make sure it was a real problem out of my hands, and not
something I needed to look into here.)
