[ILL-L] ? Very Low Number of New Lending Requests

Many libraries are beginning to select Odyssey senders first in their Custom
Holdings as well. We're fairly certain that part of our drop in journals
requests is due to this, though we're hoping to enable Odyssey sending in
the very near future!
