[ILL-L] Need Help with Citation

We have a request for "Report of Robert Quarry to the Board of Trade, April 6, 1708" from Proceedings of the Massachusetts Historical Society, Series 2, Volume 4, 1884-1907, pp. 149-155.  We have a lender willing to send if I can give them the correct year/volume #.  I've searched online and checked the later issues we own, and nothing helps me pinpoint what the lender needs to identify the correct item.  Any help appreciated!
