[ILL-L] Ariel printing problem

[Document Delivery]

Sorry for the cross-posting: We have Ariel 3.4 and XP and we can't print
from Ariel. I can print from Word on this terminal, so it's not the
printer or the terminal, but when I try to print from Ariel is says 'The
document was not completely printed' and nothing shows up in the print
queues. Is there a setting I'm missing? Thanks!
