[ILL-L] Help w/ 2 journal titles

[Robinson, Arthur]

I assume you've tried OCLC #10575090 for L'Observateur?  I checked Louisiana State's online catalog, and they have a periodical called L'observateur for 1953, but I wasn't sure whether it was the same periodical since they didn't have issue numbers in the catalog record.  Probably it's a different item.  I've pasted the catalog record below.
