[ILL-L] no lending requests today

Our lending volume has been normal or even a bit high.  Our borrowing
volume, however, is still in the pits even though our students have been
back for a week or so now.

We've only had a handful of requests trickle in all week. It's the beginning
of our semester (which is when lending and borrowing alike usually
skyrocket); but I haven't even had enough lending requests to properly train
our new ILL staff. Is something up?

Hi Everyone,

 

This is very odd, but I have no lending requests this morning in OCLC or
Docline.  I hope there isn't a problem with OCLC.

 

Please send your requests our way.  We usually have a 24 hour turn around
time.  Our symbol is SAC in OCLC and NHUGLS in Docline.
