We don't. Once the transaction is complete, any paperwork is shredded and tossed into the recycle bin. We're relying on the electronic information stored to meet CONTU and state guidelines.
Hope this helps!

Subject: RE: [ILL-L] Bookstrap Question
Along this line...does anyone using ILLiad keep any kind of paperwork? When
the lending/borrowing process is completed, does anyone keep any paperwork
for any amount of time, be it a month to years?
Thanks,
Ginger
