[ILL-L] benchmarks for ILL operations

I have been asked to develop benchmarks for how long it should take to
perform ILL processing tasks (i.e. number of transactions per hour):
process copyright, search OCLC, produce a record, handle renewal
requests, train patrons to use ILL/ILLiad, scan items, copy call
numbers/locations from the catalog for Lending, process returns, open
mail, package items, etc. If you have compiled any of this data on your
own operation or have found somewhat current data elsewhere, I would
greatly appreciate it if you would share it with me. If you email me
directly, I'll be glad to compile all responses and report back to the
entire list. I am most interested in academic libraries that use ILLiad,
but I welcome any data.

Thanks,

William
