[ILL-L] Electronic document delivery and ILL stats

Hi all,

Apologies for the cross-posting. This is a question to libraries that offer
electronic document delivery services to your patrons for materials you
own: did you see an significant increase in your ILL borrowing as a result
of implementing in-house document delivery? I'm thinking that there would
be a natural spillover of failed doc del requests (not on shelf, etc.), but
I wonder if there isn't an extra boost beyond this as patrons become more
aware of their resource-sharing options in general.

If anyone has statistics they'd like to share, that would be fantastic!

Thanks,
Tom Bruno
