[ILL-L] Deflection Question

We deflect individual items by the LHR in the OCLC bib record.  This
could work for you unless you have some trading partners to whom you
want to be able to lend that item.

I don't think you can deflect by location, only by format and
requesting group, at this point,

VRU has put a couple of items into deflection.

My question is can items be deflected according to their location. Some
items in OCLC belong to specialized departments and do not circulate
except to UR patrons, but since the location is the issue, I was not
sure how or if they can be deflected. At the moment, we reply no - non
circulating to those requesting these items.
