[ILL-L] Anyone have volume 14 of the Proceedings of the Berkeley Linguistics Society?

Stony Brook University owns volume 14.  We charge $15.00 for an article
going to a library outside New York.  Our OCLC symbol is YSM.

We need a copy of Proceedings of the   Berkeley Linguistic Society vol. 14,
1988 pp.35-55.  'The Mechanism of  Construction Grammar'" by Fillmore  is
the article in question

We are having a very difficult time finding this particular volume of the
Proceedings.  I can’t seem to find anyone in worldcat that owns volume 14,
1988

UCAL Berkeley has informed us that their volume is currently checked out

Any chance that someone else might have this volume?
We can pay up to $25 for this article and can submit an OCLC request
