[ILL-L] Help/Advice with a tough article?

Hi everyone!

Once again, I'm looking for a toughie.  I believe the 
French National Library has it, and I've sent them a 
request, but they say it could be about 6-8 weeks before 
we hear anything back.  I figure it's a longshot, but I'll 
throw it out there anyway:

Fanon, Frantz.  "Réflexions sur l’ethnopsychiatrie." 
 Consciences maghribines.  volume 3: 1955, pgs. 1-2.

If any of you have any words of wisdom on this one, I'd 
love to hear from you.
