[ILL-L] Finding titles

I am needing help in finding records for a couple of titles. I have verified both citations and they seem to be right.  Would appreciate any help on these 2:

The first is a presentation and the citation is from CINAHL

Journal title:  16th International Nursing Research Congress.
Article Title: The related factors of the patient with endotracheal tube unplanned extubation in the ICU.by M. Yung (2005)

I have found lots of references to the above paper but no where to borrow or buy.  

The second is an article:

Journal title: Computerized Psychiatry/Psychology
Article : Computerized psychological testing by J. Johnson. Vol 5:1 (1983) pgs. 1-2

I cannot find this journal title anywhere.
