[ILL-L] Diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders : DSM-IV.

I have a student that is only needing pages dealing with Bipolar (Bipolar 1, 2, hypomanic). From the book Diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders : DSM-IV. Does anyone have this book. OCLC says we do, but we do not.
