Odyssey Standalone is a FREE product distributed by the folks that developed ILLiad.  The Odyssey software is integrated into ILLiad, but if you don't have ILLiad, you can download the Odyssey Standalone software for free.  Works with ANY scanner that has a twain driver.  Also, more and more libraries are moving to Odyssey delivery away from Ariel.  While we still use Ariel for libraries that don't have Odyssey, almost 95% of our scanning is now done via Odyssey, and it is our preferred method of article delivery.
