[ILL-L] 1967 article from "The Statistician"

I need your help on this beautiful Friday afternoon.

My patron needs an article from "The Statistician" a journal published
by Blackwell Publishing for the Royal Statistical Society.  From what I
can tell, the journal has gone through a few title changes but I believe
that this is the correct title for the date of the article that I need.
I need vol. 17, No 4 (1967) pp 335-356.  Article title is "Evaluation of
Total Survey Error" written by R. V. Brown.  

I've searched the publisher's web page and the Royal Statistical Society
and I haven't had any luck finding the article.  The only holding
library in OCLC is a Canadian Library.  Is there anyone in the States
that could provide the article for me?
