[ILL-L] ASME boiler & pressure vessel code - HELP

Greetings,
 
We have a patron specifically requesting section 31.1 (pressure piping code) from 1986 and/or what would have been in effect for that year.  Would anyone be able to loan or supply a copy of this section?  Our efforts thus far have turned up empty handed. L
