[ILL-L] Help Needed: MacWeek

Hi,

I have a requester who wants a copy of:

Data marketplace to get Mac client
Welch, Nathalie
MacWeek, 6(9):  16-, March 2, 1992
Cover/Title Page
Table of Contents

and they want it from the paper version only.  I've tried over 15 
libraries on OCLC; however, no one still has this issue.  Does anyone 
have this in paper that they can provide on a rush basis?  I can pay 
up to $30IFM and I can submit over OCLC, via Fax, web forms, email...
