Does anyone have access to this publication?  I tried to request it
through OCLC, but it has come back unfilled twice.  I am looking for an
article from the September 19th issue titled, "Advocates sue over secret
treaty on IP".  We are LVIS, but I am willing to pay if someone can fax
or email it to me.
