[ILL-L] Corrugated Wrap

When we've received items in jiffy bags, the bags are often falling apart.
We've received shipments where the books are literally falling out of torn
jiffy bags. The stuffing gets all over everything, including inside the
books. My experience has been that they're messy and not secure for shipping
books. But our constant data doesn't prohibit their use -- we're just
grateful for the loans!
