[ILL-L] Problems downloading OCLC Pending File

Hello,

 

I apologize if this issue has already been brought up, but in the last
week or so, we have had trouble downloading our Pending file from OCLC.
We are using Firefox and it was consistently successful until this
point. We check off the pending file checkbox and then click the "Print
Selected Categories" button and the page seems to be loading but then
says there is an error in executing. When that happens we lose 20-30
requests from our pending file.

 

Has anyone else had these issues?
