We do not have Odyssey and quit using Ariel a couple of years ago.
We very much appreciate getting articles as PDF attachments to emails.
We also send article to requesting libraries using Adobe to create the PDFs. We usually need to send via USPS only because the nature of the original printed material doesn't allow a good scan. We almost never fax anymore.

Hi,
I have a question for everyone. We have ILLiad and Odyssey and send
articles electronically via Odyssey whenever we can. But, naturally,
not everyone has Odyssey. So, currently we also do some faxing and
mailing of articles. But, I would like to create PDFs of these articles
and send them that way, as it is a better quality copy than a fax and is
faster than physical delivery. So, I was wondering what other folks do.
Would it be good to created PDFs with an Adobe program (I'm not sure
which one would be best) or is there a better alternative? I would
actually like to go completely electronic when it comes to article
delivery. How would you suggest we do that?
Your input is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Carrie
