[ILL-L] ILL Service for Alumni

Hello!
 
We provide ILL services to Alumni with these provisions:
 
1)      If they make a book request, they have to be local, and they
have to have an Alumni ID card which I believe is $5 to purchase.
2)      If they make an article request, they don't have to be local,
but I do try to confirm they are Alumni (which isn't always easy to do).
They don't have to purchase the Alumni ID card.

I need to gather some information for a meeting on Wednesday. I'd like
to know if any academic libraries provide ILL services to alumni either
free of for a fee. If you do provide fee-based ILL, what do you charge?
