There was an extensive discussion of this topic some months back
The consensus if i remember correctly was "no" although most academics provide some user access to alumni or other community members

which reminds me i need to update my UNCC user card
$35.00 which is well spent

Good morning,

I need to gather some information for a meeting on Wednesday. I'd like to know if any academic libraries provide ILL services to alumni either free of for a fee. If you do provide fee-based ILL, what do you charge?

Thanks
