[ILL-L] conditional responses

There are times when I can't get the book that I ask for photocopies.  This is particularly
true of genealogy material where specific information can be asked for and copied.  If
I got this conditional, I'd know not to make that request.

>I received a conditional response that says, “Rare book, does not circulate and cannot be copied.” Sure sounds like a no to me.
