Hi Kathy,

The British Library has current issues of the Indian Pharmacist (0972-7914),
while it appears that The Pharma Review is not available from any library.
The journal's web site is here

and copies of articles are available directly from them.

In general Indian locations for iomedical journals can be found the
following union catalogue:
