Apparently Benito Mussolini wrote a dissertation on Machiavelli for the University of Bologna in the years 1924-1926. I'm told it's 1924, but an article on Google says 'recently' and it was published in 1926. There is an edition of The prince by Machiavelli with a forward by Mussolini, but it's only nine pages or so. 

 

I looked at the University of Bologna's catalog but couldn't find anything, having no Italian.

 

I looked at Mussolini, Benito Opere omnia Firenze 1951-1962 and there is a contents note, v.20-22 cover the years 1924-26, maybe it's in there?

 

Any help appreciated, thanks!
